Columbia Commerce Center is the result of a 20-plus year effort to bring a fully serviced industrial park development to the Greater Portland area. This property is located within the Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center district bringing together industry, higher education, and government in partnership to develop new tools, techniques and technologies to address near term manufacturing challenges through applied research and advanced technical training.
